Olmoti Clinic and Health Center is a rural medical facility serving the Maasai people of northern Tanzania. It was developed by Our One Community, a U.S. nonprofit foundation, with oversight by Olmoti Trust, a registered nonprofit in Tanzania. Medical staff is supported by the Longido District government.

  • HIV and infectious disease testing and treatment 

  • Hygiene, sanitation and family planning education

  • Trachoma and vision treatment 

  • Fistula outreach

  • Olmoti’s first water pipeline

  • A sewing program providing  non-disposable sanitary pads

  • A community-wide education focus: primary school, adult literacy classes, high school scholarship program for girls, and support for boys and girls to attend secondary and vocational schools
